Stuck on the
"Updating" Screen?
If your app is frozen on the screen that says "UPDATING YOUR NITARA EXPERIENCE..." fear not! This is usually caused by an outdated temporary file. A quick reset will fix it.

Step-by-Step Guide
Clear and easy actions to get your app running again.
App Info Shortcut
Find and hold the NITARA app icon on your home screen or app drawer. When the popup appears, click on "App info" or the info (i) icon.

Open Storage
Inside the App Info screen, scroll down and tap on the "Storage" or "Storage & Cache" option.

Clear Data
Tap on the "Clear Data" or "Clear Storage" button. This will reset the app cache and temporary files.

Confirm Delete
A system popup will appear asking for confirmation. Tap "Delete" or "OK" to proceed with clearing the data.

Ready to Farm
Open the NITARA Farmer app again. It will now download fresh updates and work perfectly!
